Custom Smart Boxes is not responsible for any change in the prices with the time. Prices of the products available on this website are not constant, and we kept the right to alter them at any time. Due to custom printing services that we provide, during the placement of your order, you must approve the proof of printing products. And you have only 6-8 hours to cancel your order after approval otherwise a charge will be exerted due to cancellation of the order. We also do not guarantee you the cancellation of an order after 12-14 hours or time, in that case, full payment is charged including product, custom designing, and shipment charges. We also reserved the right to provide or discontinue the services offered to our customers. We will not compensate any loss by the change of our prices to either you or any third party.
Our designing and printing team create an electronic or hard copy data from your submitted files of artwork. You must submit the files in 300 dpi With CMYK colors Ai,Photoshop PDF or any editable format otherwise, we are not responsible for any blur or distorted printing and color changes. The artwork you are uploading should completely be your property. Please be noted that we will not accept any inappropriate content for printing.
Due to our service of custom packaging, we provide, you must inform us at Custom Smart Boxes within three business days about any faulty or defective product. We cannot refund you in this case, but we will make you satisfy by reprinting the product and modify it according to your desired specification. However, the new product might take time from 6 to 7 working days to reach you.
If we verify that our production team made an error, we will 100% re-print the complete order.
Custom Packaging Boxes (CPB) offers the following product options when placing an order:
STANDARD – Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.
PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 7 to 10 business days:
Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval.
Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify CSB’s team and the delivery courier immediately. CSB will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 4 business days of order delivery. Also, CSB is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, or damaged shipments.
You may not be allowed to do the subsequent things: Use the data or information for any illicit activity. Threat/blackmail others to use this information for illicit activity. Violate our intellectual stuff. Provide false information. Stab to track personal information about others. Attempt to phish or spam. Use our data or services for dishonest uses. Do any activity that stops our website from being safe. In case of doing any of the above tasks, we reserve the right to terminate the services provided by Custom Smart Boxes at any time.
